Nov 2 MORGAN IMPORTS 50th Anniversary Celebration
1 pm Join staff, family and friends for an afternoon of festivity and fun. Shoppers will enjoy a selection of snacks & beverages. Drawings for door prizes will be held every 20 minutes. A special interactive “Arch of Decades” featuring photographs, news articles, and vintage advertisements will provide a look into the past. Nora, a former staff member, will be on hand to read Tarot Cards and provide a glimpse into the future.
"Buck the Reindeer” makes an early arrival and will be available throughout the day for photo opportunities.
3:30 pm The official party gets started as hors d'oeuvres and sweets served by current and former employees. Sparkling wine and an array of festive alternative beverages will be available, and, of course, there will be cake and balloons.
4:30 pm The Honorable Mayor Steve Schewel will make remarks and issue a special proclamation. Community members, civic leaders, friends and colleagues will share memories and join in the fun.
